I tried to follow Alton Brown’s recipe. I used what I had. Was very good.

Put it on steak. Or anything else you like. I’m not your mommy.

Horseradish Cream Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 3 Tbsp Prepared Horseradish
  • 1 Tbsp Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 1 tsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Pink Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Directions

  • Place all of the ingredients into a medium mixing bowl and whisk until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow flavors to meld.

Storage

  • Sauce can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 2 to 3 weeks.
