Southwest Corn for the cheap and lazy
Ingredients
- 15.25 oz Canned Corn (x2 cans)
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, empty canned corn and heat over medium to medium high heat until hot
- Drain corn, place in medium bowl
- Add butter to corn, allow to melt
- Add garlic and chili powders
- Mix thoroughly
- Serve immediately
