- 4 Vine-ripe Tomatoes, diced
- 0.5 Medium Red Onion, diced
- 2 Green Onions, white and green parts, sliced
- 1 Serrano Chile, minced
- 1 handful fresh Cilantro, chopped
- 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 Lime, juiced
- 0.25 cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl
- Toss thoroughly
- Chill for 15-30 minutes to allow the flavours to combine
