Ingredients
  

  • 4 Vine-ripe Tomatoes, diced
  • 0.5 Medium Red Onion, diced
  • 2 Green Onions, white and green parts, sliced
  • 1 Serrano Chile, minced
  • 1 handful fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 0.25 cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl
  • Toss thoroughly
  • Chill for 15-30 minutes to allow the flavours to combine
