Wielkopolska Sour Potatoes
Sour side dish with onion, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Regional dish that I only seen my family cook.
Ingredients
- 1 kg potatoes
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 5 dash black pepper
- 1 tbsp salt when cooking
- 1 qt large onion
- 1 tsp salt when serving
Instructions
- Cook potatoes, don't mash them, don't overcook them Salt them to preference
- Cut onion into rings
- Add onion to potatoes
- Splash vinegar on them, it will release onion taste
- Add salt and pepper
- Enjoy!
