Yoshi’s Fat Stacks Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 Original Bisquick™ mix
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 2 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 3 tsp Baking Powder
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Butter
Instructions
- Heat griddle or skillet over medium high heat. For electric griddle set to 375°F; grease with cooking spray, vegetable oil or shortening. (Surface is ready when a few drops of water sprinkled on it dance and disappear.)
- Sift flour into a bowl; add baking powder, salt, and whisk until fully incorporated. Cut cool butter into flour mixture until evenly combined. If using melted butter evenly disperse as much as possible.
- In a bowl, stir in ingredients until blended. Pour by slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle.
- Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden.
- "Magic" (this makes the pancakes literal phat stacks)
