Ingredients
  

  • 2 Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 3 tsp Baking Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Butter

Instructions
 

  • Heat griddle or skillet over medium high heat. For electric griddle set to 375°F; grease with cooking spray, vegetable oil or shortening. (Surface is ready when a few drops of water sprinkled on it dance and disappear.)
  • Sift flour into a bowl; add baking powder, salt, and whisk until fully incorporated. Cut cool butter into flour mixture until evenly combined. If using melted butter evenly disperse as much as possible.
  • In a bowl, stir in ingredients until blended. Pour by slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle.
  • Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden.
  • "Magic" (this makes the pancakes literal phat stacks)
